Kolekcionar vatrogasnog znakovlja

Poglavarstvo Grada Delnica, na temelju članka 7. stavka 1. točka 2. Zakona o ustanovama (Narodne Novine 76/93), članka 8. Zakona o vatrogastvu (Narodne Novine 106/99) te članka 30. Statuta Grada Delnica (Službene novine Županije Primorsko-goranske 7/94, 24/97), na sjednici održanoj 09.prosinca 1999 godine donijelo je Odluku o osnivanju Javne vatrogasne postrojbe Delnice, (kao nasljednice Vatrogasne Ispostave Delnice Ministarstva unutarnjih poslova –Policijske uprave Primorsko-goranske). Sukladno propisima klasificirani smo kao postrojba - VRSTA 1 sa najmanje 13 vatrogasaca, koja je ujedno zakonski najmanja moguća vatrogasna postrojba. Prema tome JVP Grada Delnica trenutačno broji 13 profesionalnih vatrogasaca koji djeluju u 4 smjene. Od toga su 4 vatrogasaca, 4 vatrogasca-vozača, 4 vatrogasca- voditelja smjene te zapovjednik. U izradi smo natječaja za zamjenika zapovjednika. Uz opću osposobljenost svakog vatrogasca, također imamo specijalno osposobljene vatrogasce za spašavanje iz visina i dubina (SAF) - 4 vatrogasca, 5 ronioca, te 2 vatrogasca u državnoj interventnoj vatrogasnoj postrojbi koji su osposobljeni i za zračne desante. Područje odgovornosti Javne vatrogasne postrojbe Grada Delnica je područje Grada Delnica, dok je područje djelovanja Gorski kotar, pa iz toga možemo zaključiti da je teritorij kojeg pokriva Javna vatrogasna postrojba Grada Delnica, prije svega velik, ali možda još važnije, iznimno zahtjevan zbog konfiguracije terena i klime.

The head office of the City of Delnice, on the basis of Article 7, Paragraph 1, Point 2 of the Law on Institutions (Narodne Novine 76/93), Article 8 of the Law on Fire Fighting (Narodne Novine 106/99) and Article 30 of the Statute of the City of Delnice (Official Gazette of the County Primorsko-goranske 7/94, 24/97), at the session held on December 9, 1999, passed the Decision on the establishment of the Delnica Public Fire Department (as the successor to the Delnica Fire Department of the Ministry of the Interior - Primorsko-goranska Police Department). In accordance with the regulations, we are classified as a unit - TYPE 1 with at least 13 firefighters, which is also the legally smallest possible fire unit. Accordingly, the JVP of the City of Delnica currently has 13 professional firefighters working in 4 shifts. Of these, there are 4 firemen, 4 firemen-drivers, 4 firemen-shift leaders and the commander. We are preparing a tender for the deputy commander. In addition to the general training of each firefighter, we also have specially trained firefighters for rescue from heights and depths (SAF) - 4 firefighters, 5 divers, and 2 firefighters in the state intervention fire brigade who are also trained for airborne landings. The area of responsibility of the Public Fire Department of the City of Delnica is the area of the City of Delnica, while the area of operation is Gorski Kotar, so we can conclude from this that the territory covered by the Public Fire Department of the City of Delnica is, first of all, large, but perhaps even more importantly, extremely demanding due to the configuration of the terrain and climate.
