K-9 2020
Vatrogasni K-9 tim čini vatrogasac vodič potražnog psa i njegov pas. Prvi koraci u osnivanju timova sa potražnim psima u vatrogastvu sežu u 2010. godinu kad je Zoran Laslavić kao član DVD-a Opatija u suradnji sa JVP Opatija i vatrogasnom zajednicom Primorsko-goranske županije krenuo sa obukom psa za potražne namjene sa kujom belgijskom ovčarkom tipa malinois. Nakon provedene obuke Zoran i Ginger Runningwild "Rain" su se pridružili u djelatni sastav JVP Opatija i možemo reći da je započelo doba potražnih pasa u vatrogastvu. Nakon Opatije projektu se priključuju JVP Zadar, JVP Osijek, DVD "Kras" Šapjane, JVP Čakovec, DVD Lipovljani, DVD Karlovac, JVP Split, DVD Halubjan, DVD Plamen Višnjan, JVP Dubrovačko Primmorje, JVP Mljet, JVP PUla, DVD Čačinci, DVD Slatina, DVD Omiš, DVD Sunger. Danas u Hrvatskoj djeluje 23 vatrogasna K-9 tima raspoređenih tako da je cijelo područje RH pokriveno u krugu od sat vremena do najbližeg K-9 tima.
