Kolekcionar vatrogasnog znakovlja

DVD Reštovo utemeljeno je 1928. godine a glavni osnivač društva navodi se Josip Janjac (Jurin) uz nekoliko mještana. Iz vatrogasnog kalendara 1936. godine, pod predsjednikom Jankon Matešićem i čitavim vodstvom, društvo broji 24 aktivna člana dok danas  Društvo sačinjava njih 55. Od društvenih aktivnosti bilježi se proslava Sv. Florijana, vatrogasne zabave i u listopadu kestenijada kod crkve Sv. Filipa i Jakova u Reštovu. Za svoj rad Društvo je u više navrata odlikovano, a pojedinci su nosioci čak 6 zlatnih medalja. Vatrogasni dom, prve gradnje iz 1932. godine je drveni, te se 1959. godine na drugoj lokaciji gradi drugi koji je dovršen 1964. godine 1974. gradi se novi Vatrogasni dom od 73 m2 površine, te vatrogasno spremište od 1986-1989. godine od 50m2, što zadovoljava potrebe.

DVD Reštovo was founded in 1928, and the main founder of the company is stated to be Josip Janjac (Jurin) along with several locals. From the fire brigade calendar in 1936, under the president Jankon Matešić and the entire leadership, the company has 24 active members, while today the company consists of 55 of them. Social activities include the celebration of St. Floriana, firemen's parties and in October the chestnut festival near the church of St. Filip and Jakov in Reštovo. For its work, the Society has been honored on several occasions, and individuals are the holders of as many as 6 gold medals. The firehouse, first built in 1932, is wooden, and in 1959, a second one was built at a different location, which was completed in 1964. In 1974, a new firehouse with an area of 73 m2 was built, and a firehouse from 1986-1989. year of 50m2, which meets the needs.
