Kolekcionar vatrogasnog znakovlja

Dobrovoljno vatrogasno društvo  „Vatrogasac“ Strmec osnovano je 11. svibnja 1951. godine. DVD sve ukupno ima 80 članova od toga je 15 operativaca, 30 djece i mladeži, a 35 članova je podupirajuće. DVD je član VZO Veliko Trgovišće te sa svojom djelatnošću zaštite od požara pokriva 3 područja :  Strmec, Požarkovec te Turnišće Klanječko, a po potrebi izlazi u pripomoć članovima zajednice i šire. U skoroj povijesti DVD-a značajniji rezultat je 1.mjesto na županijskom natjecanju djece i mladeži u Zlataru.

Voluntary Fire Brigade "Firefighter" Strmec was founded on May 11, 1951. The DVD has a total of 80 members, of which 15 are operatives, 30 children and youth, and 35 members are supportive. DVD is a member of VZO Veliko Trgovišće and with its fire protection activities covers 3 areas: Strmec, Požarkovec and Turnišće Klanječko, and if necessary, comes out to help members of the community and beyond. In the recent history of the DVD, a more significant result is the 1st place at the county competition for children and youth in Zlatar.
