Kolekcionar vatrogasnog znakovlja

U Tenji je 05.listopada 1908.godine osnovano Dobrovoljno vatrogasno društvo Tenja  a osnovali su ga Podunavske Švabe, koje su i sjelom tih godina nastanjivalo selo Tenja. DVD Osijek-Tenja neprestano radi do početka domovinskog rata.Okupacijom sela rad se prekida i nastavlja s povratkom raseljenih seljana.Tijekom Domovinskog rata DVD-o ostalo je bez svog prostora i materijalnih dobara. DVD Oijek-Tenja  broji 50-tak aktivnih članova i 30-tak djece. Nedavno su kao četvrto gradsko društvo grada Osijeka dobili navalno vozilo od Javne postrojbe grada Osijeka staro15-tak godina.

The Tenja Voluntary Fire Brigade was founded in Tenja on October 5, 1908, and it was founded by the Danube Swabians, who also inhabited the village of Tenja in those years. DVD Osijek-Tenja works continuously until the beginning of the Homeland War. With the occupation of the village, the work is interrupted and the return of displaced villagers continues. During the Homeland War, the DVD was left without its space and material goods. DVD Oijek-Tenja has about 50 active members and about 30 children. Recently, as the fourth city association of the city of Osijek, they received a naval vehicle from the Public Unit of the City of Osijek, about 15 years old.
